I realize that the rules of Game: Armani listed on the homepage are, let's say, extremely thorough. This page will outline the basics of those rules for players who want to reference them quickly.
Deal all cards in the deck to all the players. Players should not look at their cards.
Have a round of betting, where each player bets the minimum number of points they hope to win by.
If playing with more than two players, pick teams (which may be quite uneven!).
Players go around the circle, playing their top card face up on the table, and making a stack of face up cards.
Players try to win hands (i.e. the face up stack) by slapping it, playing a face card, or, if they are the only player with cards, playing a card.
Won hands are placed aside, next to the players who won them, for safekeeping.
After all the cards have been played, won hands are combined for each team and points are tallied.
Based on the bet from Game Setup, "Choosing Power" is determined. The team with "Choosing Power" gets to pick which of the two stacks they want to play with for Stage 2, and, from the other stack, get to pick one card per player on the opposing team to add to theirs.
The stacks are then shuffled, and, if playing with more than two players, distributed within their teams by a dealer of the non-"Choosing Power" team's choosing.

Won hands are turned face down, and placed on the bottom of the stack that the player is holding in their hand.
The game concludes when
One player has all the cards in the deck, or
Any player plays the final card in their stack, which happens to be the Queen of Spades. No slapping is allowed after this happens.
Play again!
